Registration: A $100 deposit is required to consider a registration "complete" and reserve a spot in a class/workshop. Payment in full must be received before the start of the class/workshop.

Methods of payment: Cash, cheques, e-transfers and PayPal are accepted.

Withdrawal:
  • Before the start of the class/workshop: If a student withdraws from a class/workshop before the start of the class, all monies previously paid will be refunded in full after the return of any materials received.
  • After the class has started: If a student withdraws from a class/workshop after the class has started and before one-quarter of the in-class training is complete, all monies minus the $100 deposit will be refunded after the return of any materials received. Withdrawal after the completion of one-quarter of the in-class training will not result in any refunds unless one of the two points below are applicable. Withdrawal after the completion of the in-class training will not result in any refunds.
  • Due to health issues: If a student is unable to complete the in-class training for health reasons, a refund minus the $100 deposit will be issued on presentation of a medical certificate and after any materials received are returned.
  • Due to family/life issues: Life happens. Depending on the circumstances, arrangements can be made and a refund minus the $100 deposit may be warranted. I'm reasonable.

Cancellations: If a class/workshop is cancelled for any reason, all monies paid will be refunded in full after the return of any materials received.

Refunds: Any refunds will be issued in the same payment form as the original transaction (i.e cash for cash, PayPal for PayPal, e-transfer for e-transfer).
